Refund Policy

1. Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before pickup: full refund.
- 24–72 hours before pickup: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: non-refundable.
2. Early Returns
Early returns do not qualify for a refund of unused rental days unless agreed in writing prior to pickup.
3. Modifications
Reservation changes (dates, vehicle, pickup location) are subject to availability and may incur a difference in price. Contact our concierge team to modify a booking.
4. Refusal at Pickup
If a renter fails to meet driver requirements (age, license, insurance, valid credit card) at pickup, the reservation will be cancelled and is non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of hurricanes, government-mandated closures, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule the reservation or issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days.
7. Disputes
Please contact us first at support@onyxdrivemiamirental.us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any concerns directly and promptly.
